Nathan Burkett Landscape Architecture’s approach to Hartwood was very much in keeping with the overall vision for this development. They utilised clean lines and natural materials to evoke a sense of both familiarity and durability, and kept their design consistent with the leafy surrounds. Hartwood being such a purposefully crafted building, NBLA was diligent in ensuring their designs complemented the language of the architecture and the materials being used. The landscape team was also driven to ensure residents could live outside in complete comfort. As such, they emphasised luxury and practicality in equal measure.
