 The house is in need of renovation, and to be updated to current standards. The roofs are generally in good condition, except the roof of the 2-bedroom gite, which needs to be addressed. This property was my father's primary residence since the mid-eighties, when he purchased and renovated the property. Visits can be organized; the widow still lives on site.

 Revenue Generation
 Due to circumstances, the 3 gites are no longer rented, but they provided a steady source of revenue as there are not a lot of vacation properties on offer in this very popular area.
