The villa is beautifully situated in a lush setting with views over the Montgo and the valley. You reach the house from the gated garden and via a stately staircase that leads to the double wooden front door. Upon entering you enter the spacious entrance hall with a hangingcloset for your coats. When we enter the spacious and bright living room through the sliding stained glass doors, we see a beautiful Tosca mantelpiece with built-in gas fireplace in the sitting area, where you can enjoy cozy winter evenings. The living room is connected to the dining room via a Tosca arch. Tosca is the type of calcareous stone which was harvested on the coast in Javea and which may no longer be mined. The spacious dining room easily fits a large dining table where you can enjoy family diners. From both the living and dining room you can enjoy the view over the beautifully landscaped garden and the swimming pool with cascade. The dining area gives access to the L-shaped naya with beautiful tosca arches offers several nice places to sit and eat. The outdoor kitchen can also be found on the naya to enjoy your summer bbq with friends and family. The beautiful fencing around the naya has an extra sliding gate at the stairs, so that it is also safe for young children and pets. The custom-made kitchen is of a very high quality and fully equipped, with cupboard space above and below, an extendable corner cupboard, large storage cupboard, plinth drawers, induction hob, extractor hood with exhaust to the outside via a chimney, electric oven, plate warmer, combination microwave, wine cooler, American refrigerator. From the kitchen there is also access to a sheltered terrace. The hallway with again beautiful Tosca arches takes us to the guest toilet and two bright and spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms has a French balcony with a wonderful view over the beautiful garden. Via an open staircase in the dining room we enter the top floor. The first bright and spacious double bedroom has open doors with a French balcony and beautiful views. The room has a walk-in dressing area leading to the ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Through the bright hallway, we walk to the fourth spacious double bedroom. There are again fitted wardrobes in the hallway, this house has no lack of build in wardrobe. The fourth bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath, bidet and access to a terrace/solarium where you can sit in private with beautiful views. The house also has a well-ventilated basement with garage, technical room, laundry room and lots of storage space.
