This is the property through which the famous Sa Calobra road runs.

The Sa Calobra route is considered one of the best cycling routes in Europe. Definitely the most famous, spectacular and possibly the toughest in Mallorca. The steep cliffs stretch down to the sea, crossing a spectacular work of engineering that attracts cyclists from all over the world every year. The Sa Calobra road was designed by the Italian-Spanish engineer Antonio Parietti and opened in 1933, and features numerous hairpin bends and a famous 270° spiral bridge called the tie knot. The climb is officially called Coll del Reis.

The estate surrounded by the highest mountains of Mallorca (1.400m) is about 550 hectares in size and is bordered on one side by the famous Torrent de Pareis, on the other by the Finca Binni Gran and is situated between the sea and practically the MA10 road.

Surrounded by cliffs that protect it from the weather, there are two adjoining buildings of about 500 m2 each in relatively good general condition, although in need of updating. There are flat areas around the house useful for crops or animals.

The finca has many ancient olive trees and one of the buildings houses an old oil mill. The property does not have electricity, although it could be installed.
