When I saw the photos of this apartment and made the appointment, I was really happy.Finally a special apartment with style again. A large sofa is placed in the middle, behind it there is room for a large dining table. This living area really oozes elegance. Behind a door is a practical additional room where the washing machine and dryer are housed.The bathroom is also beautifully designed, you almost feel like you're in a luxury hotel and you already know that you're going to spend a lot of time here. The bedroom has also been furnished with beautiful design furniture, the room layout is exciting. An integrated workstation is invisibly located behind a wall unit. With this apartment you can see that it was designed by an interior designer. It is furnished and can therefore be rented out very well. A super rental yield can be achieved.
