Ava Palm Jumeirah Dorchester Collection is a 24-storey residential building under development on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. An unconventional steel structure was chosen over traditional concrete, allowing for thinner columns and beams, achieving the tower's unique 'sloping' design. The faade of Ava will feature architectural advancements such as floor to ceiling sliding doors, curved glazing panels aligned with the floor plate, all meeting high thermal and acoustic standards. The design also incorporates large, cantilevered terraces tailored to each residence.
