งานประกาศรางวัลสุดยอดแห่งวงการอสังหาฯ ระดับเอเชียที่จัดมายาวนานที่สุด มอบรางวัลอันทรงเกียรติกว่า 60 รางวัลให้กับผู้พัฒนาโครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ทั่วเอเชียทั้ง 13 ตลาด ชิงความเป็นสุดยอดแห่งเอเชียในด้านต่างๆ อย่าง โครงการอสังหาริมทรัพย์ การก่อสร้าง งานสถาปัตยกรรม และการออกแบบ สำหรับประเทศไทยคว้ารางวัลมา 4 รายการ โดยบริษัท แสนสิริ จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้รับรางวัล Best Ultra Luxury Housing / Landed Development (Asia) จากโครงการบูก้าน พัฒนาการ และรางวัล Best Luxury Housing / Landed Development (Asia) จากโครงการนาราสิริ พหล-วัชรพล ขณะที่บริษัท เอพี (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้รับรางวัล Best Mid End Housing / Landed Development (Asia) จากโครงการ เดอะ ซิตี้ พระราม 5 – นครอินทร์ อีกทั้งบริษัท เอแพค แลนด์ จำกัด ได้รับรางวัล Best Office Architectural Design จากโครงการ APAC Tower
โดยในปีนี้ Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. ชนะรางวัล the Best Developer in Asia เป็นครั้งแรก ถือเป็นหนึ่งในห้ารางวัลแห่งความสำเร็จของบริษัทจากประเทศจีน นอกจากนั้นโครงการฯ จากประเทศฟิลิปปินส์โชว์ความโดดเด่นที่สุดด้วยการคว้ารางวัลในระดับภูมิภาคมากถึง 12 รางวัล ซึ่งนับว่าเป็นประเทศที่คว้ารางวัลมาครองได้มากที่สุด ด้านมาเลเซียก็ไม่น้อยหน้ากวาดรางวัลชนะเลิศระดับภูมิภาคมากถึง 11 รางวัล ส่วนประเทศสิงคโปร์และประเทศอินโดนีเซียยังคงประสบความสำเร็จด้วยการคว้าในระดับภูมิภาคได้ถึง 8 รางวัลมาครอง ตามมาด้วยประเทศ
ออสเตรเลียที่คว้าถึง 7 รางวัล
ทั้งนี้ Oud Real-Estate Development Company ตัวแทนจากประเทศซาอุดีอาระเบีย คว้ารางวัล Best Mixed Use Developer (Asia) ซึ่งถือเป็นรางวัลแรก หลังจาก PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Middle East) ที่ได้จัดขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกในปี 2567 นี้ นอกจากนั้นโครงการฯ จากประเทศฮ่องกงและมาเก๊าและประเทศเวียดนามต่างก็คว้ารางวัลในระดับภูมิภาคได้ถึง 4 รางวัล ตามมาด้วยญี่ปุ่นคว้า 2 รางวัล ด้านประเทศกัมพูชาและประเทศอินเดีย Suryam Developers LLP ได้คว้ารางวัลในระดับภูมิภาคประเทศละ 1 รางวัล นอกจากนั้น คุณ Henry T.
