40 acres for Sale, owned by the same Family since the 1950s. This is a Fantastic Recreational 40 acres and was last logged in 1990 therefore mature trees were found on the Land.Tree species observed was Ash, Maple, Bur and Red Oak , Balsam Fir ,Spruce and more !
