West side of Dexterville-Oak Ridge Road, Morgantown, KY 42164

Nice all-wooded property with marketable timber. This tract is located just north of Morgantown in turkey and deer-rich Butler County. The majority of the timber is white oak, followed by yellow poplar, red oak, and hickory.  This tract is accessed by a solid but short 18' easement from Dexterville Oak Ridge Road to the tract.  I have included a summary of the timber and my estimate of its marketable value.
