Method & Terms of Sale The Moore Ranch will be sold on a price-per-acre basis based on taxable acres. Auction Method: Absolute Auction: Each tract is being sold without reserve. Individual Tract Bidding: Buyers will bid on individual tracts during the auction. Combination Sale Opportunity: Following the individual tract bidding, the tracts will be recombined, and buyers will have the opportunity to bid on the property as a whole. To purchase the property in its entirety, the recombined bid must exceed the sum of all individual tract bids. Buyers' Choice Format: The highest bidder in each round selects their preferred tract (or combination of tracts). Remaining tracts are re-auctioned until all are sold.
