Have been told that there is no active HOA and that no one is taking up fees or road maintenance. This parcel is located closer to the main road.  Declaration of Covenants refers to Haven Heights Property Owners Association and dues are 150 per year but the NC Secretary of State website shows the HOA status as "Suspended". No perc testing has been done.
