The Schaefer 160 has 150± acres of productive farm ground and is located approximately nine miles north of Henry, Nebraska with easy access off of a paved road. The majority of the farm is irrigated by a seven tower, low-pressure Zimmatic pivot with the remaining land flood-irrigated with gated pipe which is included with the property.
