Minimum of 1800 sqft of heated/cooled area.  No permanent RV habitation.  There will be no mobile homes, no manufactured homes and no homes will be moved onto the property. All shops must be constructed to be located behind the home. All homes will be built with a minimum of 35% brick, stone, or hardie board type masonry, exterior columns of a barndominium may be included as part of the 35%.  Each homeowner will be required to have an aerobic system installed. All lots must maintain a neat and orderly appearance.  All vehicles must remain in operable condition.
