The ranch consists of 377 +/- acres that is comprised of sagebrush flats that roll into cedar covered slopes with several drainages throughout the bottom. With the essentials of an abundance amount of vegetation, water sources, and cover, this ranch has superb hunting opportunities and would make for an excellent spring, summer, and fall grazing operation. Thanks to nearly a dozen different springs dispersed throughout the property, a few of the drainages throughout the sagebrush flats can be found with water in them. Located just below the Danforth Hills, the land borders hundreds of thousands of acres of BLM lands and presents top-tier hunting opportunities on the ranch, as well as the surrounding area! A variety of big game species such as elk, deer, and occasionally antelope reside on the property year-round, with the later seasons generally attracting higher populations!
