The maximum lake depth is approximately 26 feet. Most of the shoreline is undeveloped, giving the lake natural appeal and solitude. The western shore is state-owned land (Mydland Pass Game Production Area) and federally-owned land (Lynn Lake Waterfowl Production Area).
