An entire section of land in Marquette County. This section of land lies just west of M35 south of Little Lake.  It does not have road access but likely that an easement could be purchased from the State.  Currently it is a short walk to the property.  This section is in the Cyr swamp so mostly low ground but also mostly wooded and in an area known for big bucks and large bears. The value is in the low price per acre.
