This property consists of gently rolling to steep mountainous terrain. Uses include residential, grazing and dry farming. The surrounding properties consist of 20+/- acre parcels with custom homes. This property has a dirt road that leads to the building site on the higher elevation. The dirt road is in good condition but would probably be best if paved.  There is no well but possibly power. PG & E states that even though power poles exist on the property; the new owner would have to submit an application for power to determine if the existing power poles can be used.
