Road to the Sea - Six plus very private acres about 1.7 miles from Hwy 11 down Road to the Sea.  This is untouched acreage of a'a lava rock that's a blank slate awaiting development and it is the back flag lot with no bulldozed access at this time.  No Helco power, but solar and/or wind would be great in this area.  Beautiful ocean and sunset views.  Road to the Sea leads down to a remote beach (4WD or All WD accessible only). In the small town of Ocean View nearby there are several shopping areas with markets, gas stations, a post office and restaurants.  Both sides of the highway have grocery stores and the Ranchos side hosts a Saturday farmers market and flea market.  Just over an hour north of the highway entrance is Kailua-Kona where you'll find major shopping and other services along with an international airport.
