Approximately 85 acres of woods (the acreage will be determined once we have a purchase agreement and the survey is completed).  There is access through the gas well access road. This is a deeded right-of-way across the property to the woods.  The gas well is located on this parcel, but the owner receives very minimal royalties.  There is also an additional 3-acre parcel that could be purchased, providing direct access to the woods from Route 62.
