With entrances in Gate, OK and Meade, Kansas The Wallahachie Ranch is just 3 hours NW of OKC and 3 hours SW of Wichita, KS.  2,704.22 acres of the ranch are in Oklahoma while the remaining 2,100.28 acre are in Kansas.  For decades now, the ranch has been operated as a trophy deer hunting ranch.  With MLB Hall of Famer, Chipper Jones and host of Buckventures, Jeff Danker leading the way, the Wallahachie quickly became second to none throughout the midwest when it comes to producing mega-giant whitetails and mule deer.  The 80 acre irrigated pivot (half in KS and half in OK) is the focal point of the management process bringing in deer to the Wallahachie from miles away.  Crooked Creek provides a fantastic year round water source and there are 7 solar powered water troughs throughout the ranch that keep the deer coming in even in the worst droughts.  The Wallahachie doesn't just produce big deer, it produces GIANT deer.  Jeff Danker personally filmed 99 deer in the alfalfa pivot with 65 of those deer being bucks and 2 of those bucks being over 200".  Several others were well over 170".  "Ali" was later killed by Jeff and taped out at 202 4/8".  The average size of the many mature deer that have been harvested at the ranch is easily north of 170".  The ranch boasts 180' of elevation change with vast, grassy plains, deep red breaks, and fertile creek bottoms.  The turkey, quail, dove, duck, and occasional pheasant hunting is also tremendous on the ranch.  There is an additional 2,195 acres that is currently under lease for an additional 10 years, making the overall ranch size 6,999.5 acres.  This lease provides additional amazing terrain and Cimarron River frontage.  The many improvements include a 65x100 metal shop with fantastic living quarters (full kitchen and 2 bathrooms), 65x50 equipment barn, 60k lb. corn storage bin, 14 box blinds, 11 total feeder stations, and 7 solar powered water drinkers.This place has to be seen to be believed.  Call me.
