The Doris Creek Tract (#03019-03843) is a +/- 51-acre (per tax records) tract of timberland located in southeastern Ouachita County about eight miles south-southeast of Camden, AR near the community of Frenchport (North 33.476829°, West 92.785291°). The topography of the tract consists of well-drained rolling upland hills.  Access to the property is excellent with frontage to Ouachita Road #67 aka Old Smackover Hwy, a paved county road. The property is bisected by a transmission line right-of-way creating an open wildlife observation corridor over two hundred yards in length and forty yards in width.
