Lot 16 is located on Hartley Lake in the heart of the Turtle Mountains with the Canadian border to the north and Homen State Forest to the south. Recreation includes kayaking, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. Wildlife is abundant with birds, waterfowl, deer, pine martins, woodchucks, fishers and an occasional elk, moose or bear.
