Plenty of privacy with mostly vacant land surrounding it, and has some mature pines for good cover and for a wind break. There is a small stream that runs through the middle of the property. There is also a good diversity of hardwoods and softwoods including some oak, maple, hemlock, and a few small pine stands. When I walked the property I noticed several wildlife trails and areas of thick cover along the creek for wildlife bedding and small game habitat.  On the south end of the property is an overgrown wildlife field approximately 5 acres in size that has wild blueberries growing in one area and a mix of white pines and small shrubs dotting the field.
