The US-Hwy 79 / Church Road Tract (#03019-03943) is a +/- 10.666-acre (per Survey) tract of timberland located in Ouachita County about two miles north of East Camden, AR (North 33.639437°, West 92.75926°).  Most of the property features a mixture of merchantable hardwood/pine. Access is excellent with a frontage to the east side of US-Hwy 79 where a dirt driveway leads to an abandoned mobile home site and yard; the property has additional access to Church Road.  Some utilities can be found along these public roads to allow for camp or home site potential within the Harmony Grove (Camden) School District.  The terrain is gently sloping to flat. According to the USDA NRCS web soil survey, the property consists of an predominately Amy silt loam which gives the tract a weighted average site index of 89.1 feet for Loblolly Pine (base age 50).
