The location just northwest of the El Dorado city limits is approximately a 2.5-mile drive to Mystic Creek Golf Course and a short drive to the downtown business district.  Mystic Creek is a semi-private course and was rated the #1 course in Arkansas by Golfweek.  The property has significant road frontage along Arkansas Highway #335 and Morning Star Road, which intersect on the northern portion of the land.  There is additional frontage on Agnes Road along the southeast perimeter of the tract.  This was the location of the original homestead, which still contains mature hardwood trees and would be a beautiful homesite.
