Located in the Town of Spirit just north of Rib Lake, this 40-acre parcel has dedicated easement access from County YY.  The easement and the property has been fully surveyed and all corners clearly marked.  No current trail cameras photos are available as the property has not been hunted by the current owners and many years.  The property features hemlock ridges with heavy deer activity, including well-used beds and trails. A well-established trail system remains from an MFL timber cut completed several years ago. The regrowth has created an abundance of natural browse, which is a major draw for deer. There is also room for a couple of good-sized food plots.  Access is from the southeast. The rolling topography creates natural edges and transition areas for wildlife.
