We entered this property and were greeted by whitetail deer and turkeys.  This is their home.  They have food (this was used for agriculture), they have water (there is small pond and a bit of wetlands) and they have cover.  There are mature pines that could be harvested and sold.  Trees and bushes are not only cover for the animals, but make for a beautiful place to wander in the woods and appreciate the outdoors.  Songbirds make music that you can listen to because traffic noise is nonexistent.  You could build your forever home or a cabin getaway.  It is surrounded by wilderness, so it is a very relaxing place to escape to.  The easement has been in place for years and is very easy to travel.  Properties like this don't come along every day. It won't last long.  At least make an appointment to come out and take a look... we're waiting.
