Welcome to Booger Bottom 631 +/-.  Booger Bottom is a historic property comprised of 631 surveyed acres on the Big Black River in Attala County just NE of West MS.  Kept very private by its recent owners in an attempt to keep it a secret. A newly rebuilt road system just over a year ago, enhances property access, and strategically takes the user in and around this one of a kind tract on the almost 9 miles of access roads and trails.  As winter deepens and gets colder and the rains begin to fall Booger Bottom starts showing off.  A green tree impoundment provides a gorgeous timbered area for wintering waterfowl.  Included in the offerings for waterfowl include a planted and impounded watershed spilling out into the agriculture fields for more water fowling opportunities and a natural cypress slough nestled next to another field that Mother Nature created and has been helped by a new levee for slightly deeper water holding capability.  As winter sheds her jacket and spring begins to show her colors the scenery will be interrupted by the thundering voice of the Eastern Turkey.  The river bottom terrain begins a transition to high ground and this high ground provides the comfort and protection for turkeys.  As they perch on the limbs of white and red oak to mature tall pines they will pitch right down into the fields to show off for their ladies.
