At one time , the family lived on this property. We cannot find the easement onto the 50+ acreage. There is a plat dated in 1955 showing LOT 92 has an outlet Road Rd off Rte Rte 638 (Mountain Track Rd) to Rte 688 intersects with Rte 682 Now known as Egypt Rd on the left and the outlet Rd to the right. Supposedly this road runs through 3 properties before getting to LOT (@ subject property (Issac). Working on this for a long time. New owner will need to find an easement to reach said property so it is not a landlocked deal. I shared a letter in Docs from the Attorney. If the purchaser would like to pursue this any further, I would contact an attorney and see what it would cost for easement of implication. I am also pursuing more of what can be found. There is a VEPCO Plat showing an old country road which is thought to Rte 638 where the best excess is. We have spoken to Dunn's and left messages to call. This would be ideal location to workout an easement.
