Beaver Creek originates in the Bears Paw Mountains 20 miles south of Havre and gracefully meanders through the lower section of this versatile and unique property located in north central Montana. Nestled at the end of a short gravel road, the site provides privacy from the rest of the busy world, ensured by state land and historic Fort Assinniboine along the entire south and west sides. Across the creek and a mile to the southwest, history echoes through the 130-year-old buildings and parade grounds where the Montana State University agricultural experimental station now lies.
