There is 1 share of irrigation water that transfers with this property.  This share has never been brought to the top of the hill because it needs to be pumped up hill.   There is natural gas to the home site.  The property owner has never paid to have it hooked up.  Two propane tanks are used to fuel the house.  One is used for the main home with the 939 square foot home and the other tank heats the concrete garage /work shop.  Gas pipe is plumbed and in place but it goes to the propane tanks.  It would need to be converted to natural gas if new owner wanted to hook up to the natural gas.  This natural gas line run on the East side of the property.
