It's like a trip back in time to Granny's house.... "Come on in hun, have you had lunch?" A bit of a time capsule, but solid little place... "Would you like me to fix you a sandwich?" "I can warm you up some soup?" Somehow it escaped the paneling era, but I swear Archie Bunker installed this carpet!... "Would you like a piece of pie?" If the antique stove hadn't moved to the basement you'd wonder if it'd ever seen an update..."My shows are on, would you like a cookie?" But if you study it a little harder you'll see bathroom updates, high-efficiency HVAC... "Close the door, you're lettin' the air out!" ...it's vinyl sided...  "How about a glass of tea?" ...and there's a newer water heater and septic system. "I told you kids to keep your little butts in the yard, now go cut me a switch!" Ahh the days.
