This condo association offers a community work out room, laundry features on each floor, a puzzle/game room, and a workout room.  The monthly fee pays for basic internet, water, trash, sewer, exterior hazard insurance, bible study, monthly housekeeping,  and maintenance of the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds.  Condo insurance is required for each individual unit.
