2 years ago home had new siding, insulation, sheet rock and windows and roof. Home was inherited and work is being done to get it finished owner said he would add closets where buyer would want them in bedrooms. Also the shed can be left or owner said he would tear it down if buyer wanted. 75% New flooring in home as well. Finishing touches are still being done.
