Hey friend! Life has been pretty sweet since trading in the snowblower and lawnmower for sunshine and palm trees! Now my toughest decisions are whether to play pickleball, take a dip in the pool, or just sip coffee on my lanai while someone else handles the yard. My new condo is all I need—1,797 sq. ft. with room for guests, an office bathed in natural light, and a fancy kitchen with those pull-out shelves in the lower cabinets that I've always wanted (plus under-cabinet lighting because let's be real, my eyes aren't what they used to be). No frozen driveways, just sunshine and palm trees!Plus, I have great 55+ neighbors. Sure, I socialize a lot cuz we've got every kind of club you can think of, but my cozy, private lanai is my fav spot. Got my steps in today on our walking paths. Hope you're staying warm up north.
