84 Lots Blue Mountain Village, Dinosaur, CO 81610

Blue Mountain Village Subdivision is located within the Town of Dinosaur, CO and encompasses 11.61 acres.  Located on the Colorado and Utah border, Dinosaur was once called Artesia and was known for miles around as a music and dance hall hub.  In more recent times, folks visit Dinosaur to access the thousands of acres of public lands, including Dinosaur National Monument - home of the Green and Yampa Rivers, along with many prehistoric wonders.  Vernal, Utah is a 35 minute drive to the west, Rangely, Colorado is 20 minutes to the south.
