Home went through a total remodel in March 2022.  New kitchen cabinets and custom granite countertops, and island table.  All new appliances with the exception of the refrigerator.  All of the rooms, walls and ceilings were painted with two coats of high-quality paint, including the closets.  All baseboards were replaced throughout the house, including the closets with custom 5'' all wood baseboards.  In the master bedroom, custom closet organization systems.  All wood crown molding was added to seven rooms in the house. All new  flooring throughout the house, including closets, with high-quality waterproof flooring with a vapor barrier.  All new  HVAC ducting in the attic with all new registers.   All new kitchen and bathroom faucets.  All new lighting fixtures , including all new recessed lights added with smart hub Alexa technology.  New ceiling fans and various light fixtures were added throughout the house.  All new blinds were put throughout the house.  A custom built entertainment center piece was added during the remodel and will be included in the sale.  All new doors with high-quality hinges and handles were added throughout. 2024 all new gutters with leaf guards were replaced.  A 2017 Hoshizaki ice machine was installed with a custom water filter, and it has been professionally maintained and serviced, and it will remain with the sale.  In 2019 a 30' x 38' shop was built with a 14 foot wide and 12 foot high rollup door.  In 2023 a beautiful covered back deck, entertainment/cooking area with hot and cold water.   In the spring of 2023 the entire front, back and side yards were professionally sodded with Zosia grass and a four zone sprinkler system was added  with a Rain Bird smart app control system.
