The property has a large, very old gorgeous oak tree on the back of the property where it can viewed and enjoyed from your private deck. On the deck there is seating and also table/chairs for your outdoor dining needs. Down the stairs off the deck, you will find a patio with a propane grill and a firepit for your outdoor entertaining needs. Spacious yard is completely fenced in to keep children and pets safe.The home can be rented as a month to month, 6 month or yearly.  The rent reflected is for a month to month with all Utilities and items in the home to be used as part of that lease.
