You can own the top or your own mountain, the west half of Mount Bailey at elev 9089 ft.  The US Geologic Survey Monument from 1944 is at the top on your own property.  This is a rare opportunity for you to buy.  East half of Mount Bailey is Weakland-Fawks Park.  That park has a hiking trail to the top of the east half.  This property is not in Burland HOA but you may, if desired, join as a friend to Burland without voting rights.
