Welcome to camp Dun Koppin, a year round camp on private and scenic Rainbow Lake (a sandy bottom lake) with over 500' of waterfront, and the camp sits less than 50' from the shoreline. Enjoy the feeling from days gone by of a slower pace, where you'll enjoy serenity, abundant natural beauty, wildlife and where the call of Loons is music to your ears. The well maintained camp has three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, a spacious eat in kitchen with new granite counter tops and a new dishwasher, a large wrap around deck and a sizable fire pit with plenty of room to gather for s'mores and evening story telling. Three separate docks allow for great fishing, swimming (also included is a swimming platform) or easy launching with a motorboat, or canoes and kayaks. Just steps away from the main camp is a charming a two bedroom one full bathroom seasonal cottage with a wood burning fireplace and screened porch. There is also a bath house waiting to be completed or made into a sleeping cottage, and two garages. The 1.6 acre parcel also has an established building envelop and a new Elgin septic system installed for another cabin to be built.
