Wow!  So much work has been done in the last 4 years to this home.  In 2020:  new roof, replaced windows with Harvey double hung, 3 new storm doors, Mass Save added insulation & weather stripping, Hot water tank was replaced, Vinyl siding was done along with composite trim, new garage door with remote.  The stove and vent hood were replaced Nov 2024.  Dishwasher new 2022.  Interior painted gray with white trim. In 2023, the front stairs were rebuilt.   The main level offers 3 bedrooms, a full bath, living room with wood burning fireplace which is open to the kitchen.  Big deck and backyard.  The lower level with garage has laundry, bathroom,  additional room that could be an office or play room or whatever you like!  Pocasset location is so convenient to Barlows Landing Beach and boat launch as well as easy access to highway.  Natural gas heat.  Passing Title V. All appliances will remain including washer and dryer and the mounted TV above fireplace.
