Water catchment is the best way to get your water, which is pretty reasonably priced.    Hunting is allowed on this property, and it has no restrictions. This area is a Dark Sky Community, so lights that are done correctly are a must. There are amateur and professional astronomers here, so bring your telescopes.     Access is just minutes off Hwy 118, down Esperanza Road, then south on Pecos Street, and you are there.    Our GPS coordinates will get you to the middle of the property. If you use Google Earth Pro, it will take you down to the very spot. That app is free and very useful.    If you have questions, please ask us. About the Postal Service, This is a Highway Contract Route that goes toward Terlingua. Therefore the town is listed as Alpine, Terlingua, but it is not in Alpine just closer to Big Bend National Park.
