Live a vacation life without being too far removed from civilization.  Ski Black Mountain and come home to warm by the fire.  Shopping and hospitals are close by as well as golf, restaurants and even the Oxford Casino.  The house is wired for a generator and the generator conveys with the home.  Furnishings negotiable.  This home has been a successful AirBNB year round.  Very few showings have been done because of this.  There are a few days each month when the cabin is open for showings.
