This property was utilized as a construction company from 1978 until around 2010.  There is a large warehouse type building 50'x80' with 16' roll up loading doors.  The office is 25'x50' and has been gutted due to flooding.  Prior to being gutted, it contained 3 offices, two bathrooms and a kitchen.  There is a pond in the rear of the property.  Also, there are two tanks, one which contained diesel and one which contained gasoline.
