You can now afford  a waterfront lot  on Smith Mountain Lake.  The owner is including two lots.  Lot 52 is waterfront and has a floating dock which is sold as-is.  Lot 51 is a lake access lot which can use the common area for use of the community day dock and boat ramp.  The old mobile home has been cleared off the lot.  Public water available.  New septic will have to be installed by the buyer.  There was a shared septic with the neighbor but we can not find a copy of the septic permit.  Only 5 minutes to the Westlake shopping area!
