This is a VACATION RENTAL. Owner will not consider an annual rental. Weekly rentals permitted. There is a living room with a TV off the main entry way with plenty of seating. The second area is off of the dining room and offers a sectional couch. Both offer flat-screen TVs. Dining Room: The dining room is off of the kitchen and offers seating for 6 and a view of the lanai. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a traditional coffee maker. Master Suite: Features a king sized bed w/a flat-screen TV as well as two pairs of sliders. The bathroom includes a jetted tub, granite counters and a large shower. Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The first guest bedroom offers two twin sized beds. The second and third guest room offer queen sized beds and one features private slides to the pool area. They all share the guest bathroom, which offers dual vanity sinks with granite counters and a shower. This bathroom also serves as the pool bath. Pool/Lanai/Dock: The Busch House has a luxurious lanai with panoramic views of the water. Pool is electric heated w/western exposure. Rent a boat and keep it at the dock or in the lift!
