This is a fabulous artist retreat, it was home.studio of one of  our communities respected artist. Bordering the Santa Cruz River with its majestic Cottonwood trees and adjoining BLM land that has the most scenic geographical features of the lower volcanic basin. Towering tufa and sandstone formations add to the magical quality of the property. The home served as a retreat which inspired the owner to create and imagine the world through her eyes. The home needs work... but what a beautiful place to live and create.
