The cafe is owned by the Fessnden Area Betterment Association and was built in 2009 after a fire destroyed the other cafe at that time.  They have been renting it out for the last 14 years to the same tenants from the first lease and they are ready for a break and retire.  Instead of leasisng again they would prefer to sell it.  The building is 48x64, very spacious with 3072 square feet.  All of the equipment in the building was new in 2009 and is owned by the Betterment Association and is included with the sale of the property..  There have been a few things that have been added since that time.  Every plate cup and saucer is there to operate a cafe.  All youi need to provide service to the  patrons are the consumable products. There are plenty of chairs and tables to accomadate a large crowd of happy eataers, the interior is very nicely decorated which provides an extremely comfortable and pleasing atmosphere.  The present renters have done some catering, and have provided service to area service and business groups when a larger meeting room has been needed.  The kitchen has in-floor heat wile the rest of the building has forced air with propane as the source.  Every commuity needs that special place to have their favorite breakfast or lunch with friends and family, a great place to have that morning cup of coffee and a favorite roll or treat.
