This area could easily be converted to a guest area, additional stables, or gardening house. For outdoor shows and events there are two outdoor rings, one is 45,000 square feet and the other is just under 8,000 square feet. The Apex Centre wouldn't be complete without the recently remolded farmhouse. Currently used for trainers and care takers just a short walk from the stables is a 3 bedroom and 1.5 bath home built in 1922 and remodeled in 2021 featuring a new roof, upgraded cabinets, counters, fixtures, and hardwood floors.
