This large, end unit villa is a great way to get into the super active 55+ community of Sandpiper Golf & Country Club, where we're known for our high volunteerism, our underground utilities, low HOA dues, and all our fabulous amenities. HOA dues include internet, cable tv, lawn service, roof maintenance, exterior painting, and the water and electric for the building’s sprinkler systems.
